Using FindSift means accepting these terms. They are short because the service is simple: we show you products and send you elsewhere to buy them.

What FindSift is

An information service. We collect product data from merchant feeds, organise it, and link to the merchants who sell it. We are not a shop. We do not sell, stock, ship, invoice or refund anything.

Your purchase is with the merchant

When you follow a link and buy something, the contract is between you and that merchant. Their terms, prices, delivery, returns, warranty and customer service apply. Problems with an order have to be taken up with them; we have no access to your order and cannot act on it.

Accuracy

Product details, prices and availability come from merchant feeds that are refreshed periodically. Between refreshes they go stale, and feeds sometimes contain errors we cannot detect.

Treat everything here as a starting point, not as an offer. The merchant's own page is authoritative. If a price on FindSift is lower than the merchant's, the merchant's price is the one you will pay.

Affiliate links

We earn commission on purchases made through our links, as set out in our affiliate disclosure. This does not change your price.

Cookies and what we record

We set a cookie holding your answer to the consent question, and — only if you say yes — a second one noting which departments you look at. The second is sent to us with your requests, never to anyone else. We use it to choose the four products on the front page and to order results that match your search equally well; it identifies nobody.

We also record every search and every outbound click. What is stored, for how long, and how to stop it is set out in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, copy or republish our catalogue in bulk.
  • Do not send automated traffic through our outbound links. Artificial clicks corrupt the reporting our affiliate accounts depend on and may constitute fraud against the merchant.
  • Do not attempt to access the administration area.

Availability

FindSift is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available, complete or error free, and we may change or remove any part of it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FindSift is not liable for loss arising from a purchase you make from a merchant, from reliance on a price or product detail shown here, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
