Reporting a wrong price or a dead link
This is the most useful thing you can send us. Merchant feeds go stale and sometimes contain errors we have no way to detect from our side. Include the page address and what you saw on the merchant's site, and we will correct the feed.
Merchants and affiliate networks
If you run a programme you would like listed, write to the same address with the network and programme name. We do not charge for listing or for placement.
What we cannot help with
Orders, deliveries, refunds and warranties are handled entirely by the merchant you bought from — we have no access to them and cannot act on your behalf. Their customer service is the right place to go.
