Yamaha Outboard Winterization Kit Prepare your Yamaha outboard for seasonal storage with a selection of products designed to help protect the fuel system, internal engine components, lubrication points, and electrical connections. The Yamaha Outboard Winterization Kit combines commonly used storage essentials into one customizable package, allowing you to choose the Yamalube fuel stabilizer, fogging oil, and marine grease options that best fit your engine and boat setup. An optional dielectric grease is also available to help protect spark plug boots, terminals, and other electrical connections from moisture and corrosion, helping keep your outboard ready for reliable performance when it's time to get back on the water. Key Features Yamalube Fuel Stabilizer and Conditioner Plus – Choose a 12-ounce or 32-ounce bottle based on your fuel capacity. It helps keep stored gasoline fresh while reducing gum, varnish, and phase separation. Yamalube Fogging Oil Options – Select the 12-ounce Stor-Rite Fogging Oil or 32-ounce EFI Fogging Oil. These products help coat supported internal components with a protective film during storage. Yamalube Marine Grease – Available in a 10-ounce tube or 14-ounce cartridge for applicable propeller shafts, steering components, pivot points, linkages, and grease fittings. Optional Dielectric Grease – Add a 0.33-ounce tube of Permatex Dielectric Tune-Up Grease to help protect electrical connections from moisture, salt, and corrosion. Customizable Product Options – Select the sizes and formulas that fit your engine, fuel system, and winterization procedure. Convenient Storage Essentials – Combines several commonly needed winterization products so they do not have to be purchased separately. Helps Prevent Storage-Related Problems – Proper use can reduce the risk of degraded fuel, corrosion, seized moving parts, and hard starting after storage. Made for Marine Applications – Yamalube products are formulated for the moisture, corrosion, and operating conditions found around Yamaha outboards. Why Winterize a Yamaha Outboard? Fuel can degrade, metal surfaces can corrode, and moving parts can dry out while an outboard is stored. Proper winterization helps protect the engine during the off-season and supports an easier return to service.
