Yamaha tilt/trim manual release screw A Yamaha tilt/trim manual release screw allows the power trim and tilt system to be manually released so the outboard can be raised or lowered when hydraulic or electrical operation is unavailable. The exact screw location and release direction can vary by trim unit and Yamaha model. Before turning the manual release screw, support the outboard safely, avoid removing the screw completely unless the service procedure requires it, and follow the Yamaha manual for your specific trim and tilt assembly. 6C5-43845-00-00 - SCREW, MANUAL RELEASE
