Yamaha | 20 Hour Maintenance Kit | F350 V8 Handle your Yamaha F350 V8 break-in service the easy way with a complete 20 hour maintenance kit built around Yamalube 10W-30 FC-W outboard engine oil. This kit bundles the core items you typically replace at the 20 hour interval—engine oil, oil filtration, fuel filtration, and lower unit service parts—so you can stay on schedule without piecing everything together one part at a time. Fresh oil and a new oil filter help clear early wear particles created during initial run time. On the lower unit side, new drain gaskets and HD gear lube support proper sealing and smooth shifting. The included 10-micron fuel/water separating filter and primary fuel filter element help protect your fuel system by trapping debris and water before it reaches sensitive components. Faster service: One kit keeps your maintenance organized and reduces the chance of missing a key item. Service Notes Designed for Yamaha F350 V8 outboards. Replace drain gaskets during service to help prevent leaks. Use the included pump to simplify gearcase filling. Dispose of used oil and gear lube according to local regulations. FAQ Why does this kit include both a primary fuel filter and a 10-micron fuel/water separating filter? They work together. The water separating filter helps remove water and fine debris before fuel reaches the engine, while the primary fuel filter element adds another layer of protection inside the system. Why are two lower unit drain gaskets included? Most lower units use sealing washers at both the drain and vent screws, so replacing both helps support a proper seal. Is HD gear lube required? This kit includes HD gear lube to support strong protection in demanding conditions and help keep the gearcase properly lubricated.
